Do you like Christmas lights and the magical festive atmosphere? Why not discovering Stresa and the Borromean islands this time of the year?
Until January 12th Stresa togetther with isola Bella and Fishermen's island will be shining all illuminated by beautiful lights. Not simply Christmas decorations but incredible lights covering all the buildings including the historic Borromeo palace and its terraced gardens on isola Bella, the old houses and churches also on isola Pescatori.
A unique show not to be missed if you staying in the lake Maggiore area in December and beginning of January.
Our private tour will last 90 minutes / 2 hours but could also bee combined with something else. The first part fo the tour will take place in Stresa town and the second part of the tour will be on the water cruising around the two illuminated islands to allow you to take pictures and see this amazing light show known as "Isole di Luce" and "The Circle of Lights". WE can gett off at one or both islands for a little guided stroll or, if you prefer, we can just stay on the boatt and amdire the islands from the water!
